RB Design has been designing and building PCBs for us for almost 10 years. Your attention to detail, high quality and professionalism have made it a joy to work with you.
While all of the boards you’ve made for us have been of the highest quality, one board in particular stands out, our Backplane Board. The Backplane Board is used in a very unconventional manner; it’s exposed to seawater during operation at ambient pressures of up to 150 bar (2200 psi) and soon to go to 700 bar (over 10,000 psi). It is also used as a structural element of an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV). In spite of the fact that the Backplane Board is used in an unpredictable, adverse marine environment prone to accidents and damage, I am not aware of a single rejection or field failure in almost 10 years of use. That’s an incredible record and you deserve to be commended for achieving such high quality. Please accept our thanks for a job so well done.
Another example of the excellent service was a complex board that was designed, assembled and delivered in only 2 weeks and that worked perfectly the first time, no cuts or jumps required.

Thank you and Ron so very much. The boards are working great and I've been in over my ears since they arrived. We're just about to go into a thermal vac test with them, another board, motors etc. Thank you all so much for all of your help with my very first board. She looks lovely, works like a champ and you all are entirely responsible for that. AND, I'm hopefully getting training on Protel soon, so none (cough cough) of the problems you had to deal with from my lack of experience and Protel skills come into play again.
So, again, thank you very much for the effort I know you put in.
