Thomas F. Beales, President

Vice President and General Manager of RB Design and Fabrication for the past 15 years and working in board layout before he could drive a car. With a background in IT and long family generations of engineers, he learned CAD on one of the first personal home computers when CAD first evolved from tape-up back in the 1980's. With a passion for organic gardening and equality, Thomas adds a thoughtful and professional touch to our exciting business.
Thomas supports Generation Circuits quality, team management, and all company operations.
Max P. Henzi, Chairman of the Board

Electrical and Software Engineer, Max Henzi, has been working in the PCB industry for over 30 years. He was one of the original founders of the prominent PCB CAM Software company PentaLogix and Laser Photo Equipment developer Lavenir. A well admired and liked player in our industry. A real frontiersman and down to earth individual with a great sense of humor. Max is not afraid of any challenge and lives up to his reputation.
Max keeps Generation Circuits alive and on the cutting edge with custom automated tools and services both internal and external.
David E. Maudlin, CEO & Treasurer

Owner and developer of several successful business ventures, including Cypher Labs, an Apple certified audio accessory maker. David has 25 years of finance, real estate, technology, and angel investing. David has over 12 years real estate experience as both a developer and broker. David also worked for PacifiCorp (Director IT), US Bank (Sr Analyst M&A), Fred Meyer (Corporate Budget Manager) and Precision Castparts (Corporate Budget Manager). David is very familiar with financial analysis, compliance, project management and vendor contract management.
David is the financial wizard behind the scenes of Generation Circuits. He keeps Max and Thomas focused and their feet on the ground.
